Shipping Destinations

Avulife delivers orders to a wide range of countries around the world, depending on the availability of our shipping partners. If delivery is not available for your location, the available shipping options will be indicated during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times can vary depending on the destination and local circumstances. Our current estimated timeframes are:

Europe: 3–7 business days
United States: 3–7 business days
United Kingdom & Ireland: 3–7 business days
Other international destinations: 3–14 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Delays may occasionally occur because of public holidays, customs procedures, carrier delays, or periods of increased order volume.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available for many destinations. If your order qualifies, the applicable free shipping option will be automatically shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation by email containing the available tracking details.

Please allow approximately 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active or for the first tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the relevant tracking information by email.

Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

We accept eligible returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and unworn, with all original tags attached and returned in its original packaging and condition.

Certain products may be subject to additional return requirements where applicable.

How to Start a Return

Before sending any product back, please contact our customer support team and request return instructions.

Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or may experience delays in processing.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return:

Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: Avulife will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Change of mind: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has arrived at our facility, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets the applicable return conditions.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within up to 10 business days after the return has been received and inspected.

The time required for the funds to appear in your account may also depend on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

An order may be canceled only if processing has not yet started.

Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, we may no longer be able to cancel it. If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible after placing your order.

Are Avulife Backpacks Waterproof?

Water resistance varies between products. Some of our backpacks are made with water-resistant or waterproof materials.

For accurate information, please refer to the individual product description, where the specific characteristics of each model are provided.

Can I Carry a Laptop in Your Backpacks?

Many Avulife backpack models feature dedicated or padded laptop compartments suitable for everyday use, school, work, and travel.

Laptop compatibility differs between models, so please check the product page for the supported laptop size before purchasing.

We source our products through carefully selected international manufacturers and suppliers. Our product selection focuses on quality, durability, functionality, and contemporary design.

Where applicable, any charges that can be determined and collected during checkout will be presented before you complete your purchase.
